Are you a master of photorealistic visuals? PixelCraft Studios is seeking a visionary Lead Mockup Designer to define the aesthetic standard for our global product suite. You will work at the intersection of graphic design, 3D rendering, and branding, creating high-impact assets that showcase our clients' products in their best light.

Responsibility
- Develop hyper-realistic product mockups using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and 3D software.
- Maintain a high-quality library of branded mockup assets for cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with Art Directors to align visual assets with client brand guidelines.
- Stay ahead of design trends and implement new rendering techniques to improve visual fidelity.
- Optimize assets for web and print applications without sacrificing quality.
- Manage end-to-end production of complex scene compositions.
- Mentor junior design staff on best practices for lighting, shadows, and depth of field.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in mockup design, packaging design, or visual merchandising.
- Advanced mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) and 3D tools like Blender or Cinema 4D.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in photorealistic rendering and composition.
- Excellent understanding of light, shadow, surface textures, and perspective.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote-friendly studio environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to the smallest pixel-level details.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or equivalent professional experience.
