PixelCraft Studios is seeking a Lead Mockup Designer to help us create industry-leading product presentation assets for global brands. In this role, you will bridge the gap between UI/UX design and high-end marketing collateral, building complex, editable templates that empower thousands of designers worldwide.

Responsibility
- Develop high-quality, photorealistic product mockups for digital and print media.
- Create smart-object-driven PSD templates that are user-friendly and highly functional.
- Collaborate with the branding team to ensure consistency across all visual assets.
- Manage the entire production lifecycle from initial 3D modeling to final texture mapping.
- Mentor junior designers and implement best practices for layer organization and non-destructive workflows.
- Stay ahead of design trends and implement new mockup techniques to increase conversion rates.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, focusing on mockup creation or visual merchandising.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (Smart Objects, Displacement Maps, Layer Comps).
- Foundational knowledge of 3D modeling software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or Rhino.
- Strong understanding of lighting, shadows, and perspective to ensure photorealistic results.
- Excellent portfolio showcasing clean, organized PSD files and high-end visual output.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight project deadlines.
