Responsibility
- Conceptualize and execute high-fidelity illustrations for digital platforms, print media, and large-scale environmental graphics.
- Collaborate closely with Art Directors to develop and maintain cohesive visual languages for diverse client portfolios.
- Create detailed storyboards and style frames to guide the motion graphics and animation teams.
- Iterate on designs based on internal feedback and client critiques while maintaining project timelines.
- Mentor junior illustrators by providing constructive artistic direction and technical guidance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our output at the cutting edge of design.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Illustration, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related creative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an agency or high-growth studio environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and Fresco.
- Demonstrated mastery of both vector-based and raster-based digital painting techniques.
- A diverse portfolio showcasing a range of styles from minimalist iconography to complex editorial illustrations.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present and defend creative concepts to stakeholders.
- Experience with 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) is a significant plus.
