Responsibility
- <ul><li>Create compelling, high-quality digital illustrations from concept to final execution for various projects, including marketing campaigns, product interfaces, and narrative content.</li><li>Collaborate closely with creative directors, art directors, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver on artistic vision.</li><li>Develop and maintain consistent visual styles, brand guidelines, and aesthetic standards across all illustrative outputs.</li><li>Participate in brainstorming sessions, offering innovative ideas and creative solutions to visual challenges.</li><li>Provide clear rationale and constructive feedback during art reviews, ensuring alignment with project goals and brand identity.</li><li>Stay abreast of current illustration trends, tools, and techniques to continuously elevate the quality and innovation of our visual content.</li><li>Mentor junior illustrators and contribute to a positive, growth-oriented team culture.</li></ul>
Qualification
- <ul><li>5+ years of professional experience as a Digital Illustrator, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse styles and projects.</li><li>Exceptional proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant digital art tools (e.g., Procreate, Clip Studio Paint).</li><li>Demonstrated understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate artistic choices and accept constructive feedback.</li><li>Experience with animation principles or motion graphics a plus.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Illustration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.</li></ul>
