Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design process for multi-channel brand campaigns.
- Develop visual systems, mood boards, and style guides for diverse clients.
- Collaborate closely with Creative Directors and Copywriters to conceptualize high-impact assets.
- Mentorship of junior designers to ensure high standards of creative excellence.
- Execute complex digital layouts, social media collateral, and print-ready deliverables.
- Present creative concepts to stakeholders with confidence and strategic rationale.
- Stay at the forefront of design trends, software, and emerging creative technologies.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in a design agency or high-growth brand environment.
- An exceptional portfolio showcasing strong typography, color theory, and layout skills.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Proficiency in Figma or Sketch for digital interface and web design projects.
- Strong understanding of print production processes and file preparation.
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
