Responsibility
- Develop innovative visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for diverse client campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, developers, and account managers.
- Maintain high design standards, ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.
- Manage end-to-end project timelines, ensuring deliverables meet quality and deadline requirements.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on design iterations.
- Present design strategies and concepts to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate new technologies and design methodologies.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an agency or high-growth design environment.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout hierarchy.
- Demonstrated experience in UI/UX design principles and web-readiness.
- Portfolio showcasing complex branding projects and high-quality visual execution.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
