Responsibility
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of multi-channel design campaigns.
- Collaborate with art directors and marketing teams to produce high-impact visual assets.
- Maintain and evolve brand identity systems across various digital and physical touchpoints.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on design workflows.
- Manage multiple project timelines to ensure delivery meets premium quality standards.
- Develop motion graphics and interactive assets to enhance brand engagement.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging design software technologies.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency setting.
- An exceptional portfolio demonstrating mastery of typography, color theory, and layout.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and UI/UX best practices.
- Proven ability to translate abstract marketing goals into compelling visual narratives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present design concepts to stakeholders.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related creative discipline.
