Responsibility
- Develop compelling visual concepts and original illustrations across various styles and mediums for client projects and internal initiatives.
- Translate complex ideas and narratives into clear, engaging, and aesthetically rich visual content.
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, art directors, designers, and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency and project alignment.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior illustrators, fostering their growth and development.
- Maintain and evolve the visual language and style guides for assigned brands and projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality work within budget.
- Stay abreast of current illustration trends, tools, and techniques, integrating new approaches where beneficial.
- Present and articulate creative concepts and finished artwork to internal stakeholders and clients effectively.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Illustration, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related creative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience as an Illustrator, preferably in an agency or in-house creative team setting.
- An exceptional online portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of illustration styles, strong conceptual thinking, and technical proficiency.
- Mastery of industry-standard software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant digital painting tools.
- Strong understanding of color theory, composition, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate creative decisions clearly.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with both vector and raster-based illustration techniques.
