Are you a master of visual storytelling? PixelPerfect Studios is seeking a visionary Mockup Design Specialist to join our creative team in San Francisco. We create world-class digital assets, and we need someone who understands the intersection of industrial design, branding, and high-fidelity product presentation.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between static graphic design and immersive 3D visualization, helping our clients launch products that look indistinguishable from reality.
Responsibility
- Develop hyper-realistic product mockups using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dimension.
- Create scalable smart-object templates for diverse branding applications.
- Collaborate with Art Directors to ensure brand consistency across all mockup assets.
- Optimize high-resolution textures and lighting environments for maximum visual impact.
- Manage a robust asset library of curated templates and background environments.
- Produce instructional guides for internal teams on how to leverage custom mockup files.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in design visualization and photorealistic rendering.
Qualification
- Proven experience as a Mockup Designer or similar role with a portfolio demonstrating high-end output.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Solid understanding of lighting, shadows, reflections, and perspective.
- Experience with 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, or Adobe Substance 3D).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines.
- Strong understanding of print and digital color spaces (CMYK vs. RGB).
