Are you a master of photorealistic presentation? PixelCanvas Studios is seeking a visionary Mockup Designer to join our creative team in San Francisco. You will be responsible for crafting high-end, scalable mockup templates and custom product visualizations that help global brands launch their products with impact.
You will work at the intersection of graphic design, 3D modeling, and branding, ensuring every pixel conveys luxury and utility.
Responsibility
- Develop and maintain a library of premium, high-resolution mockup templates for digital and physical products.
- Collaborate with art directors to create photorealistic 3D product renders using lighting, texture, and environmental mapping.
- Optimize workflows to ensure smart-object integration is intuitive and user-friendly for global design teams.
- Execute complex photo-manipulation and retouching to achieve a flawless, commercial-grade aesthetic.
- Translate brand identity guidelines into versatile mockup assets that maintain visual consistency.
- Stay at the forefront of design trends, incorporating cutting-edge techniques in composition and perspective.
- Mentor junior designers on advanced lighting and staging techniques for product photography simulation.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in product design, visualization, or high-end graphic asset creation.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D, or KeyShot).
- Deep understanding of smart-object architecture and layer organization in complex PSD files.
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating a keen eye for lighting, shadows, and material textures.
- Strong knowledge of color theory, typography, and layout composition.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment with tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
