Responsibility
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of visual brand identities across digital and print mediums.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into high-converting design solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and motion graphics for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive creative feedback.
- Stay at the forefront of design trends, tools, and UI/UX best practices.
- Manage end-to-end design projects from initial wireframing to final production.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing complex branding projects.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with Figma or Sketch for interface design and collaborative prototyping.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with excellent time management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale.
- Experience in motion design (After Effects) or illustration is a significant plus.
