This is a 100% remote role that offers a high degree of autonomy, a collaborative team culture, and the opportunity to work on diverse projects ranging from SaaS product interfaces to high-end brand collateral.
Responsibility
- Develop high-quality visual concepts and designs for digital, web, and print platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic goals into compelling visual narratives.
- Maintain and evolve brand identity guidelines across all client touchpoints.
- Design intuitive UI assets and prototypes to enhance user engagement.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on creative output.
- Present concepts directly to clients, articulating design choices with confidence.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet strict deadlines and high-quality standards.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- An exceptional portfolio demonstrating mastery of typography, color theory, and layout.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of Figma or Sketch for digital product design workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for pixel-perfect detail.
- Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a significant plus.
