Responsibility
- Develop high-fidelity, photorealistic mockup templates for branding, packaging, and digital interfaces.
- Collaborate with the Art Director to define style guides and visual consistency across all studio assets.
- Optimize mockup files for ease of use by global design teams using Smart Objects and advanced layer management.
- Execute complex lighting, shadow, and texture workflows in Adobe Photoshop and 3D software.
- Manage the end-to-end design lifecycle from conceptual sketching to final quality assurance testing.
- Research emerging design trends to keep our library at the cutting edge of the industry.
- Mentor junior designers on advanced compositing and rendering techniques.
Qualification
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design or 3D visualization.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (advanced masking, blending modes, and Smart Object architecture).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of lighting, depth of field, and photorealistic rendering.
- Experience with 3D software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or Adobe Dimension is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects under tight deadlines.
