Responsibility
- Conceptualize and execute original, high-fidelity illustrations for multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with Art Directors to establish and maintain consistent visual styles across diverse projects.
- Develop detailed storyboards and character designs for motion graphics and animation teams.
- Translate complex creative briefs into compelling visual narratives that resonate with target audiences.
- Mentor junior illustrators and provide constructive feedback on technical execution and composition.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends and integrate emerging illustration techniques into studio workflows.
Qualification
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in digital illustration, concept art, or a related field.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Procreate.
- A world-class portfolio demonstrating mastery of lighting, anatomy, color theory, and perspective.
- Proven ability to adapt artistic styles ranging from hyper-realistic rendering to stylized vector art.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to high-level stakeholders.
- Experience working within a fast-paced agency or studio environment with strict delivery timelines.
