As a key player in our design department, you will bridge the gap between abstract concepts and stunning visual realities. The ideal candidate possesses a mastery of digital mediums, a sophisticated aesthetic sensibility, and the ability to lead collaborative creative sessions. You will be responsible for defining the visual language of high-profile projects, ensuring every stroke contributes to a cohesive and premium brand experience.
Responsibility
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of high-fidelity digital illustrations for diverse media platforms.
- Collaborate with Art Directors and Creative Leads to establish and maintain unique visual styles for major campaigns.
- Develop detailed storyboards, character designs, and environment concepts that align with project objectives.
- Mentor junior illustrators, providing constructive feedback and technical guidance to elevate team output.
- Iterate on designs based on internal reviews and client feedback while maintaining strict project timelines.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends and software advancements to ensure cutting-edge visual delivery.
- Maintain and organize a comprehensive library of digital assets and style guides for long-term brand consistency.
Qualification
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience as a Digital Illustrator or Concept Artist within a studio or agency environment.
- An elite portfolio demonstrating mastery in lighting, anatomy, color theory, and composition.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Procreate.
- Proven ability to adapt to various artistic styles, from hyper-realistic to stylized vector art.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate creative decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, iterative environment with a focus on high-conversion visual storytelling.
- Degree in Fine Arts, Illustration, or a related creative field is preferred but not required with a standout portfolio.
