Responsibility
- Conceptualize and execute high-end brand identities and visual systems across digital and print platforms.
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions to translate client objectives into compelling visual narratives.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Mentor junior and mid-level designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of creative excellence.
- Present complex design concepts to C-suite stakeholders with clarity and professional persuasion.
- Oversee the end-to-end production process, from initial mood boards to final prepress or digital handoff.
Qualification
- Minimum 6+ years of professional design experience, ideally within a top-tier creative agency.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- A world-class portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
- Proven experience in brand strategy and the ability to build visual languages from scratch.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple high-priority accounts simultaneously.
- Bachelorâs degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related creative field.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate the 'why' behind design decisions.
