Responsibility
- Conceptualize and execute high-impact visual campaigns for digital and print media.
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions and mentor junior design team members.
- Develop brand identities, style guides, and comprehensive design systems.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters and marketing strategists to ensure brand consistency.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate constructive feedback.
- Manage end-to-end production workflows, from initial wireframing to final asset delivery.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging design software, AI tools, and industry aesthetics.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a professional design agency environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in typography, color theory, and layout.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Working knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects) or UI/UX principles is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
