You will play a pivotal role in our creative department, collaborating with art directors, developers, and copywriters to bring complex brand narratives to life.
Responsibility
- Lead the visual design process from conceptualization to final delivery for diverse client projects.
- Develop innovative brand identities, style guides, and comprehensive visual systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with UI/UX teams to ensure design consistency across digital platforms.
- Design high-impact marketing collateral for both digital and physical media.
- Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Present creative concepts to stakeholders, articulating the strategy behind design choices.
- Stay at the forefront of design trends, tools, and emerging visual technologies.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in a high-end agency setting.
- An exceptional portfolio demonstrating mastery of typography, color theory, and layout.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and print production workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple concurrent projects.
