Responsibility
- Develop cohesive visual brand identities for diverse high-profile clients.
- Design engaging digital assets for social media, web, and email marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with copywriters and art directors to execute campaign concepts from ideation to launch.
- Maintain and evolve brand design systems and style guides.
- Mentor junior designers and participate in creative brainstorms.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Prepare final print-ready and digital-ready assets with meticulous attention to detail.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in a creative agency setting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and web design trends.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Experience with motion graphics and prototyping tools like Figma or Adobe XD is a major plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
