As part of our creative team, you will craft high-impact assets for global brands, transforming abstract concepts into compelling visual experiences that resonate with audiences.
Responsibility
- Develop creative concepts and visual identities for diverse client portfolios.
- Design high-fidelity digital and print assets, including UI elements, branding collateral, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with art directors, copywriters, and developers to ensure brand consistency.
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and incorporate constructive feedback.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative, critique-positive studio culture.
- Stay ahead of industry design trends, software updates, and emerging digital tools.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining rigorous attention to detail and deadlines.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional agency or in-house design experience.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with motion design or prototyping tools (Figma, After Effects) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of print production processes and digital asset optimization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
