Responsibility
- Develop innovative visual concepts and brand identities for high-profile clients.
- Lead design projects from initial brainstorm to final production execution.
- Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and developers to ensure cohesive branding.
- Create high-fidelity assets for digital, social media, and traditional print campaigns.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on design output.
- Present concepts directly to clients, articulating the strategy behind design choices.
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and collateral.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional agency experience with a stellar portfolio.
- Expert mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout hierarchy.
- Experience in motion graphics or UI/UX design is a significant advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset.
