Responsibility
- Lead the creative direction for multi-platform branding projects.

- Collaborate with copywriters and marketing strategists to ensure brand consistency.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive design feedback.
- Manage end-to-end design projects while meeting strict deadlines.
- Present concepts and design rationale to high-profile clients.
- Stay ahead of design trends and implement innovative visual techniques.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated typography, color theory, and layout skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting project priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience with UI/UX principles or motion graphics is a major plus.
