Responsibility
- Develop innovative visual concepts and high-fidelity assets for cross-platform campaigns.
- Collaborate with art directors and copywriters to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Manage the end-to-end design process from mood boards and storyboards to final production.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on design iterations.
- Present creative strategies and design solutions to key stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, accessibility, and file integrity.
- Stay at the forefront of design trends, emerging technologies, and creative software.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience within an agency or creative firm.
- A robust, high-quality portfolio demonstrating mastery of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects) and UI/UX design tools (Figma).
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate design rationale.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
