Responsibility
- Develop sophisticated brand identities, logos, and style guides for diverse clients.
- Collaborate with art directors and copywriters to execute cross-platform campaigns.
- Create high-fidelity visual assets for web, social media, and print collateral.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on design iterations.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints and channels.
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions to conceptualize innovative design solutions.
- Prepare final print-ready files and optimize digital assets for high performance.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency environment.
- A robust portfolio showcasing expertise in typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and modern web design standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
- Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a significant plus.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
