Responsibility
- Develop cutting-edge visual concepts for multi-channel digital and print campaigns.
- Translate complex marketing briefs into compelling design systems and brand assets.
- Lead the creative direction for major client projects from concept to final production.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with UX/UI teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on design iterations.
- Manage multiple high-priority projects while adhering to strict deadlines.
- Stay at the forefront of design trends, software, and creative technologies.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in an agency or high-growth creative environment.
- An exceptional portfolio demonstrating expertise in typography, layout, and visual branding.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of production processes for both digital and physical media.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects) is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
