Responsibility
- Lead the conceptualization and design of multi-platform brand identities and digital assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, developers, and project managers.
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and layouts for web, mobile, and print applications.
- Ensure visual consistency across all client touchpoints and digital environments.
- Present design concepts and rationales to senior stakeholders and clients with confidence.
- Keep ahead of industry trends and emerging design technologies to maintain our competitive edge.
- Review and iterate on design work based on performance data and client feedback.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional agency experience with a robust online portfolio.
- Advanced mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive web design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Experience with Figma or Sketch for collaborative prototyping.
