Responsibility
- Develop high-impact visual concepts for branding, marketing campaigns, and digital assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Present design solutions to senior stakeholders with clear rationale and strategic insight.
- Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and creative growth.
- Manage end-to-end design projects from initial brief to final production delivery.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to keep our creative output modern and competitive.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within a creative agency.
- Expert mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in motion design or UI/UX tools (After Effects, Figma) is highly desired.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple project timelines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
