Are you a visual storyteller with an obsessive eye for detail? PixelPerfect Studios is looking for a world-class Mockup Design Specialist to join our creative team in the heart of San Francisco. In this role, you will bridge the gap between abstract design concepts and high-fidelity, photorealistic presentations that wow our global clientele.
You will be responsible for creating sophisticated, scalable mockup systems that bring digital and physical products to life. If you live at the intersection of graphic design, 3D rendering, and branding, we want to meet you.
Responsibility
- Develop high-end, photorealistic mockup templates for digital products, packaging, and apparel.
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to create consistent presentation assets for web and mobile interfaces.
- Build and maintain a library of reusable 3D assets, textures, and lighting rigs in Adobe Dimension/Blender.
- Execute complex image compositing and retouching to ensure brand alignment across all client deliverables.
- Stay ahead of design trends and implement cutting-edge visualization techniques to elevate our creative output.
- Mentor junior designers on best practices for lighting, perspective, and depth-of-field in product mockups.
- Optimize mockup assets for high performance across various design platforms and screen resolutions.
Qualification
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional skill in product visualization and photorealistic mockup design.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dimension) and 3D software (Blender or Cinema 4D).
- Deep understanding of composition, lighting, shadows, and color theory.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agency-style environment.
- Strong knowledge of modern branding standards and print production requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-creatives.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in graphic, product, or visual design roles.
