Responsibility
- Conceptualize and design high-conversion marketing collateral for digital and print.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex ideas into intuitive visuals.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Design engaging social media graphics, email assets, and landing page layouts.
- Mentor junior designers and participate in creative brainstorm sessions.
- Prepare final print-ready files and optimize assets for web performance.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience within an agency or startup environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in typography, color theory, and layout hierarchy.
- Experience with Figma or Adobe XD for collaborative UI/UX prototyping.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- A deep understanding of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects) is a significant plus.
