Responsibility
- Lead the visual design process from conceptualization to final delivery for diverse digital projects.
- Develop cohesive brand identities, style guides, and design systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with UX/UI designers, marketing managers, and stakeholders.
- Create high-converting landing pages, social media assets, and presentation decks.
- Maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints to ensure brand alignment.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on peer creative work.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep our agency at the forefront of innovation.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- An exceptional portfolio demonstrating versatility, sophisticated typography, and layout skills.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with Figma or Sketch for collaborative interface design.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and digital asset optimization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
- Ability to thrive in an asynchronous, remote-first work environment.
