Responsibility
- Develop innovative visual concepts and high-fidelity assets for digital and print media.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, developers, and project managers to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user-centric design solutions for web and mobile interfaces.
- Maintain and evolve existing brand guidelines to ensure design excellence.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on creative output.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Present design strategies and concepts directly to clients with confidence and clarity.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-growth startup setting.
- A robust portfolio showcasing expertise in typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong knowledge of Figma or Sketch for UI/UX design components.
- Experience with motion graphics and interactive design is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale effectively.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and thrive in a remote, distributed team.
