Responsibility
- Develop cohesive visual identities and design systems for high-profile client campaigns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with copywriters, developers, and creative directors to deliver unified brand experiences.
- Mentor junior design staff and provide actionable, constructive feedback on creative output.
- Translate complex marketing requirements into intuitive, aesthetically compelling visual assets.
- Manage end-to-end design projects from initial concept through production-ready delivery.
- Stay ahead of emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure competitive creative output.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in agency or in-house design environments.
- An exceptional portfolio showcasing strong typography, layout, and branding skills.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
- Experience in motion graphics or video editing (After Effects/Premiere) is a significant advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
