Responsibility
- Develop original character, environment, and prop illustrations for high-profile client campaigns.
- Collaborate with Art Directors and UX teams to ensure visual consistency across digital products.
- Maintain a deep understanding of current visual trends and integrate them into project workflows.
- Mentor junior artists and provide constructive feedback on technical execution and style.
- Manage end-to-end illustration pipelines from conceptual sketching to final high-fidelity assets.
- Iterate quickly based on stakeholder feedback while maintaining artistic integrity.
- Prepare production-ready files optimized for various digital platforms and print media.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional experience in digital illustration, preferably within an agency setting.
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating a strong grasp of color theory, composition, and anatomy.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Procreate.
- Deep understanding of visual narrative and the ability to adapt to diverse brand styles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate artistic choices to non-creatives.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Illustration, or a related creative discipline.
