Responsibility
- Conceptualize and execute high-fidelity illustrations for multi-channel digital campaigns.
- Develop unique visual styles and branding assets that align with diverse client aesthetics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with UI/UX teams to integrate bespoke assets into digital products.
- Maintain studio quality standards by mentoring junior artists and performing art reviews.
- Stay at the forefront of illustration trends, tools, and generative AI integration workflows.
- Manage end-to-end production lifecycles, from initial sketching to final high-resolution delivery.
- Rapidly iterate on visual concepts based on stakeholder feedback and performance data.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Illustration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- A stunning, industry-leading portfolio demonstrating mastery of composition, color theory, and digital painting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Procreate, or equivalent industry-standard software.
- Strong background in both vector and raster illustration techniques.
- Ability to adapt to various artistic styles, ranging from flat minimal design to complex, detailed digital painting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines without compromising creative integrity.
- Strong communication skills with a track record of articulating creative choices to non-design stakeholders.
