Responsibility
- Create high-quality, original digital illustrations for multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Translate complex creative briefs into compelling visual concepts and storyboards.
- Collaborate with Art Directors and UX/UI designers to ensure brand consistency across all assets.
- Develop distinct visual styles and assets for social media, print, and digital platforms.
- Mentor junior illustrators and provide constructive feedback on technical execution and artistic direction.
- Stay at the forefront of illustration trends and design software capabilities.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-caliber work.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Illustration, Fine Arts, or a related design field.
- 5+ years of professional experience as an illustrator, ideally within an agency environment.
- A stellar portfolio demonstrating mastery in digital drawing, character design, and environmental illustration.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Fresco).
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to adapt to various artistic styles and brand voices quickly.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to non-creative stakeholders.
