PixelCraft Creative Studio is looking for a Lead Mockup Designer to define the aesthetic standard for our global e-commerce and branding clients. In this role, you will bridge the gap between static design and immersive presentation, creating high-fidelity assets that bring product visions to life.

Responsibility
- Develop high-quality, photorealistic product mockups across diverse categories including packaging, apparel, and electronics.
- Create and maintain an internal library of modular PSD templates with smart objects for seamless client integration.
- Collaborate with the Art Director to define lighting environments, camera angles, and material properties.
- Execute complex 3D rendering workflows to produce assets that exceed industry quality standards.
- Mentor junior designers on advanced techniques in texture mapping and rendering optimization.
- Optimize mockup assets for web performance without sacrificing visual integrity.
- Stay ahead of design trends to keep our output fresh, modern, and commercially viable.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience specializing in mockup creation or product visualization.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (Smart Objects, Displacement Maps, Layer Comps).
- Strong experience with 3D software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or Adobe Dimension.
- Deep understanding of lighting theory, color grading, and surface texturing.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating technical mastery and aesthetic versatility.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
