Responsibility
- Develop and execute high-impact visual concepts for digital and print campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, UX designers, and stakeholders.
- Maintain and evolve brand visual guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Present design concepts effectively to clients and internal leadership.
- Mentor junior designers and participate in creative brainstorm sessions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure cutting-edge visual design outcomes.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in a professional design role or agency setting.
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong typography, layout, and branding skills.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and digital asset production.
- Excellent communication and project management capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, 3D design, or front-end web technologies.
