Responsibility
- Develop high-impact visual concepts for integrated marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate brand goals into aesthetic solutions.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive creative feedback.
- Maintain brand integrity across all digital and print platforms.
- Manage end-to-end design projects from initial wireframing to final execution.
- Stay ahead of design trends and implement innovative creative strategies.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in an agency or fast-paced in-house environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated typography and composition skills.
- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects) or UI/UX design is a significant plus.
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative team-player mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple project timelines and deadlines effectively.
