Responsibility

- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to ensure design excellence.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketing leads, and product managers to refine user experiences.
- Maintain high design standards for all deliverables, ensuring consistency across print and digital media.
- Manage end-to-end design workflows from conceptual sketching to final production.
- Stay ahead of global design trends, tools, and emerging visual technologies.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in an agency or high-growth startup.
- An exceptional portfolio demonstrating versatility, sophisticated aesthetic sense, and strong technical skills.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive web design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
