Responsibility
- Lead the creative direction for multi-platform marketing campaigns and brand identity projects.
- Develop innovative design concepts, layouts, and graphics for digital and print media.
- Collaborate with Art Directors and copywriters to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on design output.
- Prepare high-quality files for print production and digital asset delivery.
- Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- An exceptional portfolio showcasing strong typography, color theory, and layout skills.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and digital asset management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions to clients.
- Experience in motion graphics or UI/UX design is highly preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
