Responsibility

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and web development.

- Manage end-to-end project timelines, ensuring high-quality output on tight deadlines.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on team design critiques.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and physical touchpoints.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in a professional design agency or high-growth startup environment.
- An exceptional portfolio showcasing strong foundational design principles and modern aesthetics.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects) or UI/UX tools (Figma) is a major plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design logic to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team culture.
