Responsibility
- Develop innovative visual concepts and brand identities for high-profile clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, developers, and strategists.
- Design high-converting digital assets for social media, web, and email campaigns.
- Prepare production-ready files for both digital and print mediums.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on design iterations.
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and collateral.
- Present creative concepts directly to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in an agency or fast-paced design environment.
- An exceptional portfolio showcasing strong typography, layout, and branding skills.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UI/UX basics.
- Exceptional communication and project management capabilities.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
