Responsibility
- Lead the design conceptualization and execution for diverse digital and print marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive brand identity systems for premium clients.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, art directors, and account managers to ensure creative alignment.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive critiques to maintain high creative standards.
- Translate complex marketing briefs into compelling, user-centric visual assets.
- Manage multiple projects from initial wireframe/sketch to final production.
- Stay at the forefront of design trends, emerging technologies, and creative software.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional agency experience with a high-end design portfolio.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects) and UI/UX principles is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design strategy to stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout hierarchy.
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
