Responsibility

- Mentor junior design staff and provide actionable, constructive feedback on internal projects.
- Present creative work to stakeholders, articulating the strategy behind design decisions.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting ambitious deadlines without compromising quality.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional agency experience with a stellar online portfolio.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and digital product design standards.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into visual solutions that drive conversion.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep knowledge of typography, color theory, and grid systems.
