Responsibility
- Develop sophisticated brand identities, from logo systems to comprehensive style guides.
- Lead visual design projects from initial concept through final production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional creative teams to ensure design consistency across all digital and print touchpoints.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders with a focus on business objectives and user impact.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive critiques to maintain high creative standards.
- Maintain a deep understanding of current design trends and emerging visual technologies.
- Manage multiple high-priority projects under tight deadlines without compromising aesthetic quality.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a top-tier agency environment.
- A breathtaking portfolio showcasing mastery of typography, color theory, and layout.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and digital asset optimization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with motion graphics and UI design is considered a major advantage.
