Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end design projects from initial concept through final delivery.
- Develop cohesive visual identities and style guides for diverse client portfolios.
- Collaborate with copywriters, developers, and creative directors to ensure brand consistency.
- Create high-converting assets for web, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on creative output.
- Present design strategies and concepts directly to key stakeholders and clients.
- Stay ahead of design trends and implement innovative techniques to elevate project quality.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in a professional design agency or high-growth startup environment.
- A stellar portfolio demonstrating mastery of typography, color theory, and layout.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong working knowledge of Figma or Sketch for digital product design.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (After Effects/Premiere) is a major plus.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate design rationale.
- A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
