Responsibility
- Lead the creative direction for multifaceted brand campaigns across digital and print media.
- Collaborate with art directors and copywriters to conceptualize high-converting visual assets.
- Develop comprehensive brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all client touchpoints.
- Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback to foster professional growth.
- Manage multiple high-priority projects from ideation through final production.
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with confidence and strategic rationale.
- Stay at the forefront of design trends, tools, and emerging creative technologies.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional design experience in a creative agency or high-growth brand environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience in motion graphics or UI/UX design is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional ability to translate strategic goals into compelling visual narratives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
