As part of our collaborative team, you will lead high-impact projects ranging from brand systems and digital interfaces to immersive print collateral.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept through final production.
- Develop cohesive brand identities and visual systems for diverse clientele.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with copywriters, developers, and project managers.
- Mentor junior design staff and provide actionable, constructive feedback.
- Prepare final assets for print, web, and social media with meticulous attention to detail.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders with confidence and strategic rationale.
- Stay ahead of design trends and emerging technologies to keep our work competitive.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in an agency setting.
- An exceptional portfolio showcasing strong typography, color theory, and layout skills.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with motion design (After Effects) or UI/UX tools (Figma) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy and visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
