Responsibility
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of multi-channel design campaigns.
- Develop brand identities, logos, and visual systems for diverse clients.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters and marketing strategists to ensure design alignment.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on project work.
- Ensure all creative deliverables meet high standards of quality and brand consistency.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders with confidence and strategic rationale.
- Stay at the forefront of design trends, tools, and industry technologies.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in a professional agency or in-house design environment.
- An exceptional portfolio showcasing strong typography, layout, and visual branding skills.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with motion design or prototyping tools (Figma, After Effects) is a major plus.
- Strong understanding of print and digital production workflows.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
