Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design process for multi-platform marketing campaigns.
- Develop and evolve brand visual identities, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, UX designers, and stakeholders.
- Produce high-fidelity assets for digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Mentor junior designers through code reviews and design critiques.
- Present design concepts clearly to clients and internal leadership teams.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in a creative agency or in-house studio.
- An exceptional portfolio showcasing strong typography, color theory, and layout skills.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of production design and prepress processes.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale.
- Experience in motion graphics or UI/UX design is a significant advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
